Denise Johnson

Denise Johnson Hubbard is staying busy after 14 years on television. She is enjoying her life with her new husband, seven children and ten grandchildren. She is juggling three hats as a Realtor, business manager and still enjoys doing radio as part of B105.

She made a big career change from being on your television to being in your neighborhood as a Real Estate agent. Denise joined Sibcy Cline Realtors last year. Denise has always had a passion for real estate. She started flipping houses with her dad when she was in was 14. After leaving Channel 9 in 2011 Denise and her sister started buying foreclosed properties and started their company called the Flipping Sisters.

Denise met her now husband Don Hubbard in 2014. They started renovating a couple of properties. In 2016 Denise and Don started a fence company called Double D Erectors. Don had 35 years of experience in the fence industry and Denise with her real estate. Denise can see the potential that every rundown home has to be someone else’s dream home.

She says the best part of being back in real estate is making new friends. She said you build a special bond working closely with people trying to find them the perfect place to call home. The best complement she ever received was from her friend/clients daughter saying that she wanted to buy another house because she missed spending time with Denise.

Denise also enjoys being a part of the Hubbard Broadcast family. She started working in radio part-time with Mix 94.9 six months after leaving Fox 19. She fills in doing traffic for Toria Cannon on all four radio stations and enjoys filling in on air on B105 and Mix 94.9.
